Banana, oatmeal and chia seeds are a perfect combination for breakfast, and thanks to the blue spirulina powder this cream will be amazing blue coloured. 🙂
cca. 5-10 minutes
200 ml plant based milk
80 g ground oatmeal
2 tablespoon blue spirulina powder (or more if you’d like it more colourful)
a small amount rice or maple syrup (I didn’t add to it sugar, but it depends on how sweet you like)
1 small mango and 1/2 banana to garnish the cream
20-30 g chia seeds
100 ml coconut cream
a small amount of yellow food coloring (vegan)
Ground the oats with a blender then add the bananas, plant based milk, blue spirulina powder and mix them well.
Mix the yellow food coloring with the coconut cream, add some rice syrup to it if you want, and draw circles onto the top of the banana cream with a pastry bag.
Then with a tootpick quarter the circles from the center to outwards, and then half the quarters the same method.
Then garnish with mango and banana pieces, oatflakes and chia seeds. Good Appetite! 🙂
