Here’s another raw bon bon recipe made of nuts, dates, carob and matcha powder, full of antioxidants, healthy fats and nutrients. 🙂
cca. 18 pieces
cca. 20-25 minutes
100 g walnut
50 d almond
75 g dates
2 tablespoon carob powder
cca. 2 tablespoon carob powder
cca. 2 tablespoon matcha powder
Blend the walnut, almond, dates and carob powder until it become a sticky mixture.
Half the mixture, shape mini balls and cover it with carob powder and the other half with matcha powder.
It can be consumed immediately, enjoy them! 🙂
