Do you like brunches on weekends? This recipe’s quick, easy and sooo delicious! 🙂 If you don’t have any coffee grinder use a blender, or just add 2 tablespoon whole grain flour in place of the chia seeds. 🙂
cca. 10-15 minutes
cca. 15 minutes
1 tablespoon whole grain flour
2 tablespoon ground chia seeds
300 ml plant based milk
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6-8 slices of toast breads
2 cups coconut yogurt
1 handful red berries
Grind the chia seeds in a coffe grinder, mix with the whole grain flour, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, plant based milk, and give them cca. 10 minutes.
Toast the bread slices at low heat just for 1-2 minutes to be a bit harder.
Cover both sides of the bread slices with the mixture and fry them in hot oil until golden brown. (Don’t worry if you feel the mixture a bit sticky because of the chia seeds, the result will be really crunchy and yummy! :-))
You can use a deep fryer as we, or heat oil in a frying pan, in this case fry both sides of the breads until golden brown.
Serve with coconut yogurt and red berries, good appetite! 🙂
