It’s so easy to make marzipan at home and you can add flavours and vegan, natural food colours to it what you like. There are tons of variety what you can make of it, bonbons, cakes, stollen, so let’s do it! 🙂
cca. 320 g
cca. 15 minutes
200 g blanched almonds
100 g powdered sugar
15-20 ml water or plant based milk (I used almond milk)
1-2 drops of bitter almond flavour
Blend the blanched almonds until smooth powder,
add the powdered sugar, plant based milk and a few drops of bitter almond flavour and knead a dough.
Shape a roll of it, and ready to serve or to make something delicious of it.
