This pasta is a quick and easy made dish, delicious, filling and rich in nutrients. 🙂

250 g durum wheat pasta (linguini)
300 g broccoli (in florets)
200 ml cooking cream (almond, soy or rice cream)
180 g smoked tofu (1 pack)
3-4 cloves of garlic
100-150 ml water
salt and pepper to taste
Chop the garlic cloves, cut the smoked tofu into small cubes, and cut the broccoli into florets. (I used the freezed version what was already in florets).
Boil water in a pot add 1,5 teaspoon salt and cook the pasta until it will be al dente. Cook the smoked tofu on a small amount of vegetable oil at meadium heat until it will have light brown colour.
Then put aside the smoked tofu into a plate, cook the garlic on a small amount of oil, cca 1 minute later add the broccoli florets and cook them for a few minutes, then add the cooking cream, salt and pepper. (I added 1,5 flat teaspoon of salt and 2-3 sprinkle of black pepper)
when the broccoli florets are almost tender add the 2/3 part of tofu cubes to the sauce and give it a few minutes.
Blend the sauce in a food processor and add the water.
The pasta will be cooked sooner, so when you’re ready with the sauce place it back into the frying pan add the pasta and mixed them well.
Garnish with the rest of the tofu cubes and sprinkle it with nutritional yeast. Good appetite! 🙂
