Pizza with two “cheese”, dried tomatoes and olives

This pizza made with vegan pizza mozzarella and smoked tofu which is quite similar then some kind of smoked cheese so I got pizza ai due formaggi with dried tomatoes and olives topping.  🙂

2 person (2x cca. 26 cm round pizza)

PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS

pizza dough
300 gr white flour
1 pack of instant yeast (you don’t have to wait a long time to rising the dough)
1 flat teaspoon sugar
1 flat teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon olive oil
200 ml lukewarm water

pizza topping
100 gr dried tomatoes
100 gr olives
100 gr vegan cheese ( I used Violife pizza mozzarella)
200 gr smoked tofu
2 cloves of garlic
50 ml olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Measure the flour, add the sugar, instant yeast, salt.

Add the oil and the water and knead the dough well, until it becomes a smooth ball. Then let it rest for 15 minutes, or until you will be ready with the topping.

Grate the vegan cheese and the smoked tofu.

Half the olives, cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and grate 2 garlic cloves into 50 ml olive oil.

Half the pizza dough, put it onto a baking paper, then roll it with your hands and shape a circle. Bake it in preheated oven over 200C for 2-3 minutes.

Then top with the garlic flavoured olive oil.

Then put the vegan cheese and the smoked tofu on it.

Finally top with dried tomatoes and olives, and bake it over 200C for 10-15 minutes, or until the pizza dough will have a little colour, check it sometimes during baking.
