Smoked tofu cream

We’re always looking for a good bread topping what can be a good base of a delicious sandwich with fresh veggies. Also this recipe is so simple and easy to make and even tasteful 🙂


the amount of the cream will be a middle sized jar


cca. 10 minutes



2 pack of smoked tofu (2x 180g)
200 ml plant based cream (soy, almond or rice cream)
3 cloves of garlic
3-4 sprinkle of pepper
salt to taste


Peel and grate the garlic cloves, heat a little amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and roast the garlic for a minute then add the tofu cubes and cook them until they’ll have a little colour.

During the cooking sprinkle them with pepper…

when their colour is light brown blend them with the plant based cream in a food processor, then add salt to taste.

keep it in a jar in the fridge, great for breakfast or dinner.
