Super green and super healthy, it’s good for breakfast or just for elevenses.
50 gr spinach
50 gr green salads (it can be simple, romana, or iceberg)
1 small banana
3 pieces of dates
20 gr dry, raw chia seeds soak in 100 ml warm water
1 medium carrot
chia seeds and nuts for the decoration
Soak the chia seeds in warm water, and cut the carrot and the banana into small pieces.
Put them into a blender and add the soaked chia seeds with their water, add more cold water and chop them.
You can serve it in glasses or in bowls with nuts and some chia seeds.
