Roasted sweet and hot cauliflower with hummus

It’s time to make something exciting with the cauliflower than just a simple soup or frying. This recipe is sweet, hot and so tasteful.

INGREDIENTS

1 medium cauliflower
4 cloves of garlic, grated
7 tablespoon soy sauce
4 flat teaspoon crushed chili pepper
3 tablespoon rice syrup
2 tablespoon corn oil
75 ml water
4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
sesame seeds for topping
basmati rice
hummus

DIRECTIONS

Bring a mixer bowl and mix the following ingredients: soy sauce, rice syrup, corn oil, water, chili, peel and grate the garlic cloves and add to the mixture, stir it well. Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash them.

Stir the florets into the mixture, then place them onto a baking paper, and hint them with some sesame seeds.

Bake them for 30-35 minutes over 175C. Check them sometimes.

After 35 minutes the florets will be golden brown.

This sauce was very tasty, I didn’t want to waste it, that’s why I took it onto a new baking paper on a plate, and I freezed it. After the freezing I cut thin slices from it and decorated the rice with it. This is optional, the recipe is also good without it.

Serve with hummus and basmati rice.
